28th January to 2nd February - Trip to Lake Toba, Indonesia
--
28th Jan - Nin Cho 3
Earlier that night around 10pm, I couldn't find my passport. By 3am, I launched a police report. Went home after that, 30 minutes later, I found my passport =.= Went back to the police station and canceled the report. By 5am, repacked everything and went to Shereen's (Chris's sister) house for taxi. Sorry mom, for being such forgetful. Thank you mom, for staying up the whole night finding the passport with me.

It takes 6 hours to travel from the airport to Lake Toba. Our journey begins in a very comfortable Mitsubishi 7 seater van which they name it Bintang Utama.
Traffic at Indonesia are insane! They horn and speed like mad. Even when they are fetching a van full of students!
The place where we stayed in our first night. The good thing is, view was great cause Lake Toba was right infront of our room. The bad thing is, the room was quite dirty AND THERE WASNT ANY HOT WATER PROVIDED WHEN WE BATHED! Damn cold at night you know.. -_-
We unpacked our luggage and headed down to the lake. The water was really clear but freezing cold! People there must be quite pissed at us cause we swam right beside them who are fishing. haha =.=
