Chinese New Year preparation

Ahhh yes. Finally, my favourite festive through out the year has come...

Ang pau~~ ang pau~~~ mari mari ohm!!!!!



Food~ Food~~ MORE FOOD~!!!! speaking about food, i miss china lee =( she's leaving on the 8th of Feb people!!

Anyways... My mom and I made pineapple tarts yesterday.
Though it was my first time doing it but my mom actually praised me! muahahhahahahahaaha

Dough. The ingredients are:- butter, sugar, flour, eggs.

Grind the pineapple. Cook with some sugar and keep it for a few days before making the tarts.

Roll the dough around the finely grinded pineapples. Bake it in the oven for 10~15 minutes.

Now... I present..... PINEAPPLE TARTS!


Pack it and its ready to give away during chinese new year!!!!


Im craving for siu loong pao and woh dip =(

What's so special about this day?

Remember the times where we used to go online through ICQ instead of MSN?
Well I did. That is where I met him.
Our conversation started off with a simple "Hi!".
We dint really talk much for the first time.
There's even times where we dint talk at all!

Why?

Because it's just someone messaging u randomly.
That's what ICQ is for after all rite? Searching for someone and pm them randomly.
So by that time, there's really nothing much for me to care for.

Things kinda changed after I had my MSN.
One day out of the blue, i dont know why but i asked him whether he has MSN.
Well due to the suckiness and lagginess of ICQ, obviously he said "Yes" and gave me his MSN address.

We started chatting for the second time in MSN.
Somehow, our conversation didnt last long and started to fade away AGAIN.
That is, which i dont really know why =/

Things kinda work out when we chatted for the thrid time.
That was the time where he asked me to help him check his blog whether anot there's song in it.
Though its not the way i expect someone to approach me by that time but whaddaheck...
It ended up quite successful larh ofcourse...
We started joking around, exchanging phone numbers and even webcamming!
It was really funny seeing him for the first time -.-"

We became closer and closer after that..

If u think that we started flirting around that what makes us together till today. Well YOU ARE WRONG.

Unfortunately, he had a girlfriend and talked about her, ALWAYS well okay. im just faking it. not ALWAYS but quite frequent
What's the difference anyway! I cant believe u actually had her as ur gf!
Was actually kinda pissed by that time.
Why? Cause i had a crush on you! and you broke my heart!

We were having our year end holidays by that time. He was working.
Now when i think of it, I cant believe i actually waited him in front of the net for hours! Just to talk to him!
But when he comes back from work, its either he is going out for dinner or gaming.
When we started talking, he will tell me every single "movements" or what is currently happening between he and his girlfriend.
He will turn to me whenever he has problems and eventually, i'll tell him what he is suppose to do.
However, thier relationship lasted for a couple of months and they broke up. LET'S PARTAYY!

There's one late night where we were chatting through MSN.
I took up my guts and i expressed my feelings towards him.
The good news is, it came back positive =D
He said he have the same feelings too...
And that's where it all started...

TILL TODAY.. its been 3 years now...

Celebrated our 3rd anniversary yesterday, went to pyramid.

He came by and fetched me. Guess what i discovered....

No its not chocolates nor a teddy bear.


Roses! This is the first time i receive roses! There are 12 of them.

Got abit too excited and started camwhorring =.=

Before going to Pyramid, we went to Taylors and Monash to get my LAN exemption done. By the time we arrived, we were starving. After approx 30 minutes of discussion, we decided to have our lunch at BBQ Plaza~ As u can see, there's just 2 of us. BUT! We ordered one Family Pack Set that fills 3~4 persons! I think the waitress was kinda shock when she saw us eating like 2 hungry piranhas =.=

After lunch, we went to the cinema booth and bought 2 tickets for Sweeney Todd.

While waiting, we went to the arcade and played some games. We spend almost RM10 there and played games that we never play before.

This is Mario Racing Cart. It was really fun and we played twice!

Some shooting game where the guns vibrates. Both of us GG-ed within 3 minutes =.=

For the first time, we spend 45 minutes at the arcade. and guess what? We were late for our movie!

The movie ended at 6.45pm. We headed to Hulu Langat's "Look out Point" where u can see nice KL view. It was raining when we drove there. I was kinda dissapointed though cause im worried that we might not be able to catch a nice view of KL.

We went to a cafe named Bread & Olives. We ordered a plate of Pepperoni Pizza and Spaghetti with Creamy Sauce and chicken.

Despite the pouring rain, we are still able to see the nice KL night scenery.

The rain stopped an hour later. So, we marched out of the cafe with a bulky stomach and headed for more scenery shots!

Overall, I had a wonderful day.

Thank u dear, for planning our anniversary. Thank you for the surprise, the food and the places u brought me to.

I think I've told u everything that I want to yesterday. So.. mou zau gong here larh.. hahaa..

Received letter of offer from Monash yesterday afternoon.

FINALLY!

Just looking at the fees, im already stressed up. Almost 14k for 1 semester! 6 months!
What if I can't do well?
What if this is not what I wanna study?

Im really really worry that i may end up at the wrong path.

I wanna be a psychologist!
But there's many reason that kept me away from making such decision.

Im confused.

Mooncakes!

Yes. mooncakes.

and no. u cant get it anywhere eles.

Because it is homemade mooncakes!

Now i know, making mooncakes are actually quite simple.

Seriously!

Anyone wanna try?

There's flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, butter

Hands are the best equipment in mixing all the ingredients ;)

10 minutes later....

Roll the dough with some flour so that it will be easier fitting into the mooncake mould

Traditional way of making mooncakes.

Leave it in the oven for approximately 15 minutes and it's ready to serve!

This is another type of mooncake we made. Shanghai mooncakes!

Reminds me of michelle's famous word- 'longban' =/ mish u gurl!

The mooncakes was a success! It is fuckinlicious!

Next task, pineapple tarts!

After a day of hardwork, time for some relaxation! ;P

Of all the times doing mask, this was the happiest and fulfilling mask-do ever!

BOOO!!!

Went to Midvalley yesterday night. With ah be.

Was very excited for the movie..... Cloverfield.
I even booked the tickets through phone reservation.

Around 1 and half hour later.

We came out. Swearing, scolding and cursing.

Why?

THE MOVIE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! well though its slightly better than Alien Vs Predator2

BUT STILL!!!!! RM25 BUCKS WEI! FOR A LOUSY MOVIE!!

The ending was.... rather hilarious =/

After the actor and actress said their last words, "i had a great day". The cinema lights turned on.

I stoned. What happend?

I looked to my right. Some of them was like... "Huh??" and started laughing..

I mean.. Come on'! at least have a short clip saying what happend to the creature! Or the people involved!

Overall, it is NOT recommended by me!

For those who knows me well, they'll definately know that im mummy's little girl..

I went to carrefour yesterday with my mom and Miss Soong Yuen-Qi Sophie.

Our initial plan was to buy toothpaste and some snacks for Sophie.

HOWEVER, we ended up paying RM113.54..

Sophie demanded for ice-creams and chocolate. I, demanded for "yii sang" xD

Eventhough I had a hardtime keeping Sophie stay still on to her seat, but i had lotsa fun.
Makes me feeling less guilty for what i've done.

Had steamboat later that night. I helped my mom out in the kitchen. Was feeling very excited because my sister and brother-in-law came back for dinner.

Eversince they shifted to their new house.. I feel so lonley.. Empty.. I just dont like the feeling of being alone at home..

Before we begin our steamboat session, we had "lou sang" xD

Though it is a simple dinner with my family.

But im satisfied....

I wish that we will be able to gather and have more family reunion like this..

Well.. ahemm.. had a horrible dream yesterday night...

So.... I woke up at 5.30am... couldn't sleep..

Bathed... and was actually reading newspaper!!

Went out for dim sum with mummy and sophie.. *yum yum*

Came back, changed and started cleaning my room!!

note: the last time i cleaned my room was 6 months back =D

taking out all my stuff.. for the 1st time.........

Reminds me lots and lots of memories....

Cleaning for the past 2 hours. But unfortunately, more and more stuff seems to be popping out from my drawers..

After all the mopping, walking, cleaning, sweating....
